EGEROT IS A BRAND OF THE ÖZTEKNİK GROUP
EGEROT is a brand of Özteknik Group, and it is steering, and suspension systems produced for European and Russian type heavy equipment. As Özteknik Group, the Company also produces clutches (REVOL) suitable for heavy and hydraulic equipment (HYDCAB), and the Company offers the products in domestic and international markets.
The EGEROT product range consists of tie rod ends, steering “short” tie rods, long rods, v drawbars, straight drawbars, stabilizers, and repair kits.
Steering and suspension parts are in the first risk class in terms of driving, driver and passenger safety, and EGEROT-branded products are produced based on the original equipment material and production process specifications.
One of the strongest aspects of EGEROT is that it designs its products based on the equipment information to be provided by the equipment producers and the moulds and models of them in 3D and carries out the production in CNC machining centres as CAM.
In the integrated and self-sufficient production facility, we produce parts such as joint shaft and body with production methods such as forging, pressing, CNC machining, heat treatment, surface treatment. 100% torque check and surface protection of all products are conducted before packaging. Besides, check of the joint from the cover or body, check of the joint impact, rotation, rupture, durability, and fatigue tests of the hot connecting rods are carried out to keep the product quality at a constant level.
